If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the item in its original condition within 14 days. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. To receive a full refund in the original form of payment, merchandise must be in new and unused condition with all tags attached. To start your return, email us at customerservice@ilovelibertine.com and we will be in touch within 48 hours of receiving your request with instructions and a complimentary return label.

All custom orders are FINAL SALE. They may not be exchanged, returned or price-adjusted.

We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted.
