Shipping policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the item in its original condition. Items for return must be received by our returns department within 14 days of delivery to you.

SHIPPING RATES
We offer FREE ground shipping on domestic orders $100 USD or more.
Expedited shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. 

For domestic shipments, you will be contacted by e-mail with a FedEx tracking number when your order leaves our distribution center. Expedited orders must be received by 12pm PST to ship out the same day.

INTERNATIONAL
Rates are calculated based on destination and weight of package. All additional taxes, customs and import duties levied by the client’s local government are the responsibility of the client.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS 
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or freight forwarders. 
An adult signature is required for all orders.

RETURNS
Please e-mail customerservice@ilovelibertine.com with your name and order number to start your return process.

To receive a full refund in the original form of payment, merchandise must be in new and unused condition with all tags attached.
All custom orders, pre-orders, sale items (includes "flash sale" items), stickers, and pins are FINAL SALE. They may not be exchanged, returned or price adjusted.

We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted.
We offer a 14 day return policy to make your online shopping experience as easy and comfortable as possible. We do monitor the number of returns (in addition to the condition) made by customers and continued returns in violation of our return policy will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to future orders being refused/ cancelled.

SALES TAX
If you are purchasing within the state of California, a 9.5% sales tax will automatically be added to your order. If you are purchasing within the state of New York, a 8.875% sales tax will automatically be added to your order.
