All orders placed Monday-Friday before 12PM PST will process that day and ship within 48 hours, pending item availability and credit card verification. Orders placed after 12PM PST will process the next business day. Order processing times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays of availability or payment verification. We are a small, Los Angeles-based studio and many of our items are made to order. Please allow ample time for fulfillment of Libertine orders; producing your clothes can take anywhere from one day to two weeks.

If your order is time-sensitive, please let us know so we can provide you with an accurate ship date. Items are not guaranteed in stock. If we are unable to complete your order, you will be notified via e-mail.

PRE-ORDER MERCHANDISE 

Due to limited availability, some of our styles are able to be pre-ordered to guarantee your size. We require payment to be made in full for pre-ordered merchandise. Your order will be hand made and could take 1 to 6 weeks to complete. Once your order is finished, you will be notified and your order will ship directly to you within 48 hours. During check out, continue as you normally would with processing payment and afterwards, we will reach out via e-mail about your pre-ordered items and the shipping window.  Please contact us with any questions you may have!
